Sleeps 2. Efficiency kitchen has small refrigerator, sink and microwave. Bathroom has a shower unit. Cable TV and wireless Internet (WiFi) included.

Sunday through Thursday - $95 (plus tax) per night.
Friday and Saturday - $110 (plus tax) per night.

We charge Florida state tax and $25 cleaning fee in addition to the above rates.
