The Lilac House

The Lilac House is actually 2 apartments. This facility is great for 2 couples traveling together, or individual couples traveling alone. The house is located directly downtown, within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. Each level is accessible by an exterior staircase and offers views of the marina, downtown and offshore islands. WIFI is available in each unit.
Island Oasis is on the upper level and is finished with a full kitchen featuring a microwave, electric range with oven, toaster, coffeepot, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, which has a wall mounted television. The bath has a tub/shower with sliding glass doors, and a hair dryer. The living room has a television as well and a DVD player. There is also a CD player available. The balcony offers comfortable chairs and a George Foreman Electric Grill.
Sunday
through Thursday - $110 (plus tax) per night
Friday and Saturday - $125 (plus tax) per night
There is and extra charge for the 3rd, 4th, etc., person.

Sailor Choice is an efficiency apartment. There is a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster and coffee pot available with a bar size sink. The living area has a wicker couch and chairs, table with 4 chairs and a television and DVD player. There is a CD player available as well. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a television. The balcony is set up with comfortable chairs to watch all that there is to see in downtown Cedar Key.
Sunday
through Thursday - $95 (plus tax) per night.
Friday and Saturday - $110 (plus tax) per night.
